Stock and Delivery Conditions.

We try our best to ensure that our stock profile is as up to date as possible, all items are subject to availability, in some instances stocks do get sold out and in this situation we either offer you an alternative product or a refund.

We do not physically hold stock of electronics except for Jewellery, all electronic stock must be ordered in from our Suppliers/Importers, hence the delivery lead time.

Delivery lead time will be approx. 7-10 business days (major centre's), addition 2-3 business days should you be in an outlying or regional location.

All deliveries only apply to South Africa, any delivery outside South Africa will need to be calculated / quoted.

“things.co.za” is responsible for all items being shipped to customers.We try to ensure that all products, pricing and descriptions are as accurate as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the descriptions are accurate. We reserve the right to change any pricing images and descriptions without notification. Where we become aware of any misdescription, incorrect pricing and incorrect images, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission. Errors and Omissions Expected. (E&OE)

 

Cancelations / Return / Exchange and Refund Policy

Cancelations of order, a 10% admin fee will be charged for all orders canceled.

Return and Exchange of goods, all goods must be returned in 5 business days of purchase, a 10% admin fee with be charged for all return and exchange of goods, all good must be returned in the original condition you received them in, unopened, unused. The customer is liable of all transport cost incurred with return and exchange of goods.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

No Jewellery at all will be returned if the item has been used (due to health and hygiene reason), open or damaged due to negligence.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer's policies. All credit and refunds are done through PayFast.

 

Warranty and Guarantee

All Electronic items come with a limited warranty / guarantee of 1 year on out of box failure and manufacturers defect.

Warranty and Guarantee does not cover any mismanagement, negligence or if the product was not used for the intended purpose.

Speakers, tweeters / compression driver / cables do not come with any warranty or guarantee.

All guaranteed items will be assessed by the relevant agents and reported back to us.

All Jewellery does not have any warranty or guarantee unless it is a manufacturing defect.

All jewelleries are inspected before being shipped off.

 

Payments

Credit cards and EFT payments are accepted.

All payment is processed through the PayFast portal and is safe and secure.
