Cancellation / Return / Exchange and Refund Policy
Cancellation of order, a 10% admin fee will be charged for all orders canceled.
Return and Exchange of goods, all goods must be returned in 5 business days of purchase, a 10% admin fee with be charged for all return and exchange of goods, all good must be retuned in the original condition you received them in, unopened, unused. The customer is liable of all transport cost incurred with return and exchange of goods.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
No Jewellery at all will be returned if the item has been used (due to health and hygiene reason), open or damaged due to negligence.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer's policies. All credit and refunds are done through PayFast.
