Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

All orders has to be ordered in from Importers hence the lead time for delivery.

Most (NOT ALL) jewellery items are held in stock.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges of R120.00 for all order under R2000.00, FREE delivery for all orders over R2000.00.

Estimated delivery time 7-10 business days 

Overnight delivery Is at an additional cost depending on your location.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
